Any offer/order is subject to review and acceptance by Digimartz. If there is a price or availability change, then your order may not be accepted, or we may have to communicate price changes or availability issues to you after you place your order before it can be shipped. All orders placed on Digimartz are subject to the "Store Policies" section listed on Digimartz. Information about shipping and delivery times are also listed on Digimartz and apply to all orders placed. The conditions listed herein are subject to change without notice.

The name of Digimartz, or any trademarks or logos may not be used in advertising or publicity pertaining to distribution of this information without specific, written prior permission. The information contained in this website is subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for typographical, technical, or descriptive errors of products herein.


Order Acceptance Policy


Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation signifies our acceptance of your order. Digimartz reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. Digimartz is both a reseller to end user customers and also a distributor/wholesalers for any other retailers, dealers, or other customers who intend to resell our products. Typographical Errors


In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, Digimartz shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Digimartz shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Digimartz shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.


Return policy and limited guarantee against defects


Every third party product you buy from Digimartz is backed first by the product manufacture's warranty. Digimartz's 90 day limited warranty against defects, also applies. Digimartz's 90 day limited warranty is a defective exchange policy that provides for either repair or replacement of merchandise that has been confirmed as defective by either the manufacture or Digimartz. Hardware confirmed as defective by the product manufacture or Digimartz will either be exchanged or repaired at our sole discretion within the first 90 days of ownership only. After 90 days the product manufacture warranty is the only warranty in effect. Terms and conditions may vary by product or manufacture. Digimartz will assist customers whenever possible in gaining satisfaction with product manufactures. For assistance or to exchange a defective product please contact us and we will provide you the necessary information on getting your product exchanged. We reserve the right to refuse for return or charge a restocking fee for damaged or incomplete returns. No returns or exchanges will be accepted without the prior approval issued by Digimartz.


Limitation of Liability


The customer agrees that Digimartz is not responsible for any damages related to the purchase of products, software, or services from Digimartz that may occur, and the customer assumes the entire cost of any damage resulting from the use of products and/or interaction (or failure to interact properly) with any products, software, or services provided by Digimartz. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will Digimartz be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, loss of goodwill, work stoppage, hardware or software disruption, impairment or failure, repair costs, time value, or other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use or inability to use the products purchased from Digimartz, or the incompatibility of software with any hardware, software or usage, even if you have been advised of the possibility of such damages from a third party. Digimartz shall not be responsible for losses that may occur from exchange rates, or from currency conversions, that take place, and the customer accepts the exchange rate or currency conversion offered by Digimartz and its partners at the time of purchase. Digimartz does not accept liability for personal system/hardware damages and/or lost or corrupted data (firmware/software) that may occur do to improper use of a product or from the use of malicious programs or viruses obtained by the customer.
